Mock Interview Policies
The purpose of this service is to provide practice interview environments for current and future job seekers. AstutEdge does not guarantee employment or introductions to active hiring managers for any participants of this service.
AstutEdge reserves the right to refuse service to any participant that creates a disruptive or otherwise hostile environment during sessions. In the event of service refusal, refunds will not be permitted.
Policies
1. Scheduling Policy
Customers have 10 business days from the date of payment to schedule their session(s).
Failure to schedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of services without a refund.
The Company will ensure that the designated session(s) occur within 20 business days from the date of payment.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur 50% of the service fee.
Customers who do not attend their scheduled session (“no-shows”) will forfeit the session without a refund.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for completed sessions.
Partial refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:
Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and no sessions have been scheduled.
Rescheduling is not possible due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 10 business days.
